Mississippi Today and Deep South Today

Founded in 2016, Mississippi Today is the largest nonprofit newsroom in the state and part of Deep South Today. We are an independent, nonpartisan news organization dedicated to serving Mississippi through fact-based journalism. Our reporting covers state government, education, public health, justice, the environment, and other issues that affect daily life across our communities.
