What We Do

We are a private, non-profit social service agency serving families and individuals in crisis since 1972. We have a crisis food pantry and clothing closet. We have a Christmas Assistance program for Seniors on disability and working families. We have a continual fundraiser, N.U.T.S. and three charity races. We have volunteer opportunities during the week and on the weekend.

	We have different entrances and parking for volunteer opportunities depending on the focus area. We could be in the garden, the store, the food bank, the clothing closet or at an off-site event. 	Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. We have volunteer opportunities on the 3rd Saturday of each month, 9:00 a.m. to Noon We have volunteer opportunities at our vintage resale store NUTS the first weekend of the month from 10-1 & 1-4. We have three charity races a year that fall on the Saturday before Thanksgiving (12ks for the Holidays), the Saturday before Easter (Kick Up the Dust) & the Saturday before 4th of July (Balloon Chase).
